Mike Auther

Mike brings 21 years of experience to JACOR Partners, L.C. with an emphasis on investments and investment consulting. Mike advises individuals and companies on their investment decisions whether as buyers or sellers of commercial real estate.

In 1983 Mike began his real estate career at CB Richard Ellis, (formerly CB Commercial Real Estate Group and Coldwell Banker) and while at CB, Mike was consistently a top producer. Mike has represented national real estate companies including RREEF, Prudential, Travelers, Equitable, Aetna, Opus, Principal and other Pension Fund Advisers, Life Insurance Companies and Developer/Syndicators in the Phoenix area in the last 20 years. Mike’s clients include pension fund advisors, insurance companies, and high net worth individuals interested in having real estate in their investment portfolios.

Mike’s advice includes an analysis of the historical performance of the property, likely rates of return, selected comparable properties, and an understanding of local and national trends which have significant impact on purchasing decisions.
