Joe Jackson

Joe’s 23 years of experience includes a concentration in raw land brokerage. Joe stays abreast of the expanding metro Phoenix home construction industry and identifies land opportunities for homebuilders and sub-division developers. Joe’s major clients include Beazer Homes, U.S. Home Corporation and D.R. Horton. Additionally, Joe has assisted such clients as Digital, Motorola and Xerox with their commercial real estate requirements.

Joe can advise a potential land purchaser on likely regulatory and land use issues and direct land owners to home builders and others interested in developing large parcels of land in new growth areas.

Joe is also involved in commercial property management services. Current properties include the Osborn Medical Plaza where Joe and his team create an environment for satisfied tenants. Joe’s commercial brokerage and management skills were developed at Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona and at C.B. Richard Ellis (formerly CB Commercial Real Estate Services). Joe is the Designated Broker for JACOR Partners, L.C.
