Dan Cronin

Dan is a 2003 graduate of the School of Business at the University of Notre Dame with an emphasis in Marketing. Dan began his business career at JACOR Partners, L.C. and focuses on the financial analysis of properties for potential real estate investors.

Dan is proficient in the latest financial modeling programs and provides information to investors on potential rates of return and other data critical to informed buy/sell decisions. Dan has analyzed properties throughout the metropolitan Phoenix area with an eye toward identifying those properties which will provide long term growth potential in income and in value appreciation.

Dan works with JACOR Partners, L.C. principals to assist in offering these properties for investment opportunities to clients.
